Anagabriela Espinoza won the Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 2007 title and was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico 2006 title holder Carolina Moran. at the Auditorio Manuel Bonilla Valle, Colima , Mexico on October 6, 2007. Then she competed in Miss World 2008 where she was a Semifinalist in the Top 15. In 2009 Anagabriela Espinoza was chosen to represent Mexico in Miss International 2009 pageant, was held in Chengdu, China on November 28, 2009. She was crowned by outgoing Miss International 2008 Alejandra Andreu of Spain Anagabriela became the second Mexican delegate to win that title, just two years after Priscila Perales' victory in 2007.
