Barabara Turbay (21 years, 180cm) is from Bogota and is currently studying social communication at Miami Dade College and claims that she can adopt to new situations quite easily. She describes herself as a positive and happy person who adapts well to new situations. She loves seafood and enjoys photography, painting, cooking and playing volleyball.

Barbara Turbay is the stunning official representative of Colombia at the 2012 Miss World pageant, which is at present at its 62nd edition. She was competing for the crown against over 100 contestants from across the globe at Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China on August 18, 2012.

Miss World Beach Fashion 2012 qualifiers were announced on August 2. To be announced at the Live final on Saturday 18th August.  Barabara Turbay just was included in the Top 10.
